My Weekly Goals:
- Start getting active goals achieved.
- Start exercising at least 30 minutes a day
- Remember to keep logging everything.
Overall Goals:
- Burn 500 calories a day
- 15 active minutes a day
- Walk a mile a day or half an hour exercise a day.
- 5,000 steps a day.
Current Weight: 232.8
Honestly, I’m happy with my progress. Especially since I’ve done barely anything to deserve it. I’m trying to get better. I have just decided that rather than put myself in a spiral by changing everything at once that I would change something small. My plan is to adjust to the change and then add another thing. I’ll repeat the process until all my decisions are what’s best for me. I’m also playing trial and error with some things as well.
