Potential Upcoming Plans

I’ve decided to get back into a routine with this blog. I think I’ve taken enough of a break. I’ve also tackled my mental health as well. I’m doing what I can to take care of myself.

So I have an upcoming plan.

Weekly Blog Plans:

Monday- Weekly Reading Plans- Will discuss the books I plan to read during the day.

Tuesday- Featured Book- Will discuss a book I’m enjoying currently.

Wednesday- Featured Show/Movie- I’ve been watching more television lately. So I’ll either talk about a show I’m enjoying or about the shows I’ve watched through the week.

Thursday- Audiobook Obsession- Will discuss an audiobook I’m really enjoying at the moment.

Friday- Freebie Friday- Whatever I’m passionate about discussing. Book related or not.

Saturday- Reading Updates- Will update how my reading went for the week.

Sunday- What I’m Reading Today- I am going to be taking Sundays off the computer as much as possible. All I plan to do is read. So most of the time, this will be scheduled the day before.

Monthly Blog Plans:

1st- Montly TBR- Will showcase the books I plan to read during the month. Will also announce any readathons I plan to participate in or host.

15th- Mid-Month Check In- Will discuss my reading progress for the month and how I’m doing in general.

30th/31st- Reading Wrap Up- Will display all of the books I’ve finished during the months.

Note: Some days will have more than one blog if I have a review to post or I have a promo or blog tour.

I’m excited to see where this goes! I’m not sure about scheduling blogs yet, but we will see!

TikTok Deleted

I did it. I deleted TikTok from my phone. Full disclosure, I did keep it on my iPad and I have access to it on my computer. I’m not completely quitting. I’ll watch videos here and there. I’m just not going to post any videos. I’m also not going to be on a daily basis. It’s just too dark for me. I posted a video about it and will share it here.

I’m not trying to tell anybody that they should quit too. I’m also not bashing anybody or TikTok itself. I just realize now that it’s not for me. And that’s okay.

Have you ever had to set something aside because it just wasn’t healthy for you to be around?

Graduating Training and Weekend Plans

Today I graduated from training for my job. Starting Monday, I’ll be in Abay. It will last up to twenty days. I have a chance of graduating to production earlier than that, but it depends on how well I do on calls during ABay. I am feeling pretty confident. We shall see. I am really hoping this job works out. It seems very promising so far!

I plan to celebrate this weekend by reading! It doesn’t hurt that I’m hosting my monthly readathon for The Introverted Readathoner group. If you have Facebook, please feel free to look it up and join us! Here are some of the books I plan to try to read this weekend:

What are your plans for this weekend? How was your week?

#NaNoWriMo Begins And News!

This is one of my favorite times of the year. I get to push myself and find out how far I can go. I’ve participated every year since 2015, and 2015 is the only year I succeeded. I fully plan to change that this year. I’d like to do a blog on my progress. I’m just not sure how often I should post. Every day? Every other day? Let me know your preferences!

I also apologize for my absence. I’ve been doing my best to get everything done. I put in a lot of overtime lately. That and my living situation is a little hectic. I am not in my office with my cushy chair like I was. I’ll be going back home soon, but yeah. The 12-hour shifts have made me wanting to be on the computer outside of work a chore. Especially in the chair I’m using.

I start a new shift tomorrow. I’ve already set up a routine. I’m hoping that it will work for me. We shall see. I’m very excited for it regardless! Thank you all for being so patient with me. I truly appreciate it!

Be prepared to see some back posts from me in the coming week. Also be prepared to see some reviews. I’m finally going to start writing them again. I’ve been keeping a list of all the books that need reviewed. Hope you enjoy the journey with me!!!!
