March 24: Well That Dragged Or maybe it didn’t. A year ago Melbourne went into lockdown, like most of the world, so in unfond memory, this week the topic is to discuss books that had strange pacing, whether it was the book itself, or a result of the way you read it. Alternatively, you could also talk about books that went on longer than necessary. Stay cautious everyone.
I want to preface this by saying that I really enjoyed all of these books. I just thought that they really drug on and they weren’t as promising as I thought they would be. Especially the Pullman and Goodkind ones. I had such high expectations for all of them that just weren’t met. That being said, I do believe all of them got 4 or 5 star ratings.
