Saturday: Solomon from The Paranormals of Avynwood.

He has been my favorite character of the entire series. I was so happy when I had found out he had his very own book in the series. I just recently finished the tenth book. He wasn’t in it as prominently in the book as he was in a lot of the series, but he was in it. I’m not saying that he’s the only reason that I read and loved the series. He did play a major contributing factor. If you haven’t read this series, I fully recommend it. Especially the book where he plays the starring role!

She really is understanding and open minded. I really adored her! I just wish we see more of her in the series. I totally get why we don’t though.

Saturday Star: Alex Claremont-Diaz from Red, White & Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston

I really thought this would just be your standard party boy at the beginning. I was completely wrong. He’s very intelligent and driven. I related to him in many ways if I’m being honest with myself. I really enjoyed reading this book. I really didn’t want it to end. I wanted to see what happened. Like a few years later kind of thing. Maybe one day. Who knows?

She’s a pure definition of a wallflower. She’s fierce though. She’s also so intelligent. She’s so much like me. I probably would have made the same decisions she did in the book that she did. Well for the most part. She’s amazing! She’s a true heroine!

Saturday Star: Jensen from the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind

This woman was so sheltered. She was also heavily brain washed. She was led to believe that Richard was after her because his father was after her. Despite all of that, she was a pure hearted woman. Her intent was very honorable. I was so worried that she was going to make the wrong choices. I underestimated her greatly. I hope she continues on in the series.

I know she’s not exactly a prominent character on here. I really love her though. I’m only about halfway through the book. I can’t wait to see her more throughout this book. She is so prominent in Emoni and Emma’s lives. It’s touching. She could have chosen different paths than she did.

Emoni is a very mature and intelligent senior in high school. She’s also a mother juggling a toddler, school, and work. She’s a incredibly talented cook aspiring to be a Chef. I can’t relate to what she’s been through, but I know somebody in my life who can and it helps me feel like I’m in that person’s shoes a little better. She’s a totally relatable person.

Saturday Star: Lore from Lore

Full disclosure. I wouldn’t say Lore was a FAVORITE FAVORITE character of mine, but I do like her. When I choose Saturday Stars, I try to stick with what I’m currently reading. I usually juggle a few books at a time so this is sometimes easy for me and sometimes not. Anyway, Lore seems like this really fierce woman who knows what she wants and goes after it. She also has a temper and is distrustful of many people. Something major has happened in her past. That much is obvious.

Saturday Star: Harper from Willow Creek series

Harper is an incredibly smart and talented woman. She can achieve anything with her dedication and motivation. It’s incredible to see what she made of herself after all that she’s been through. To keep it a secret on top of everything else is just… there are no words. From somebody who was almost in the situation she was in, I admire her strength and courage. I’m glad she was able to find a way out of the hell she was in.
