You ever find yourself really liking characters and you find yourself growing attached to them? Then suddenly you become suspicious of your attachment due to patterns of behavior that happened in other books? Yeah that’s been me with this book and the first book on a few characters. I won’t say who because I don’t want to spoil the book. I really loved getting to know the new characters being introduced into the story. I also Found myself constantly shocked at events that happened in the book. This author knows how to pull at your emotions and leave you feeling like you were on the scariest of roller coasters. She will also have you rooting characters on. I was so invested that there were many times I found myself super disoriented when I came back to reality because I got sucked into the book. Also, we have another gorgeous cover. If this ever becomes an audio book, I’ll listen to it. For research purposes of course. Not at all because I want to reread it!
