This book was a recommendation for me. I participated in a challenge where I got twelve recommendations from twelve people. The person who recommend this book to me is a big Stephen King fan. I haven’t read as many Stephen King books as I would like, but I love the ones that I have read. This one went over my head in areas and I had to relisten. But I think that’s more to do with me than the book itself. I’d love to go back and reread this at least once. I really would love to know where King got the idea behind this story. I also wonder how different it would be had he written it today instead of when he did write it. This book does have violent and graphic detailed scenes. Please keep that in mind.
