Review:

This isn’t the first book I have read by this author. They Went Left was the first one I read. I read this one with a group of people. I really enjoyed it very much. It was as emotionally gripping. Once I realized she was the author of They Went Left, I totally understood that. I actually learned a lot about the time period this is set in. It’s been a year, so I can’t really remember the names, but I remember the story itself. I remember the woman who was looking for a girl for a person she made deliveries to. She was part of a resistance group. The whole group was so brave. Especially the one that was gay and in a relationship in secret. I recommend this book. I plan to read other books by this author as well.
