Review:

I got this book with my Book of the Month subscription. I loved the cover. I’m also a HUGE fan of Will Smith. I thought it would be a wonderful opportunity to know more about him. Somehow, I managed to get an audiobook. I was so thrilled when I discovered that Will Smith himself narrated it. I decided to listen instead. I’m so glad I did. He not only narrated the words on the page. He also performed some songs. It was a breath of fresh air. I absolutely loved it. I also absolutely loved getting to hear his story. It’s nice to be reminded that celebrities are humans just like we are. Just because they have a successful career that earns them more money than they could possibly spend in a lifetime doesn’t mean that they don’t make mistakes. It also doesn’t mean that they don’t suffer mental illness or come from a bad background.
