My Weekly Goals:
- Start getting active goals achieved.
- Start exercising at least 30 minutes a day
- Remember to keep logging everything.
Overall Goals:
- Burn 550 calories a day
- 15 active minutes a day
- Walk a mile a day or half an hour exercise a day.
- 5,000 steps a day.
Current Weight: 235.0
It was an uneventful week for me. Well fitness-wise. I was too focused on getting adapted to my new schedule. It has been really helpful to have a somewhat lax week. When I say that, I mean without feeling guilty for having done nothing. I feel like I did accomplish things. Just not everything I intended. It’s a start. Something I’ll definitely start focusing on.
