My Weekly Goals:
- Start getting active goals achieved.
- Start exercising at least 30 minutes a day
- Remember to keep logging everything.
Overall Goals:
- Burn 500 calories a day
- 15 active minutes a day
- Walk a mile a day or half an hour exercise a day.
- 5,000 steps a day.
Current Weight: 232.1
I promise I really did weigh myself. I’m not sure how I managed not to lose weight. I’m not going to overthink it or worry. I’ll take it as a good sign. For now anyway. I’m going to start adding a new thing to this blog. As you can see, one of my goals is 15 active minutes a day. Until recently, I haven’t really been the best at keeping that goal. Sometimes I don’t get any active minutes. Starting this week, I will be posting it on here though. If for nothing else, to hold myself accountable.
