My Weekly Goals:
- Start getting active goals achieved.
- Start exercising at least 30 minutes a day
- Remember to keep logging everything.
Overall Goals:
- Burn 500 calories a day
- 15 active minutes a day
- Walk a mile a day or half an hour exercise a day.
- 5,000 steps a day.
Current Weight: 232.1
I gained this week. I’m not really shocked if I’m being honest with myself. I’ve went from stress eating to not eating much. Sometimes in the same day. One of my dogs went missing on Thursday. He’s been missing since. He’s almost four years old. We’ve had him since he was nine weeks old. My heart shattered when he didn’t come home. It’s worse not knowing if something happened to him or if he’s just on a doggy adventure. Not making excuses. I’m just explaining.
