My Weekly Goals:
- Start getting active goals achieved.
- Start exercising at least 30 minutes a day
- Remember to keep logging everything.
Overall Goals:
- Burn 500 calories a day
- 15 active minutes a day
- Walk a mile a day or half an hour exercise a day.
- 5,000 steps a day.
Current Weight: 231.5
I’ve been reading a lot lately. The fact that I lost any weight at all is a pleasant surprise to me. Would I have liked to have lost more? Of course. However, I realize that I need to work more at it to get more lost. I plan to. I just have a lot going on at the moment. At least I’m making healthier choices. All progress is great progress no matter how small!
