- Start getting active goals achieved.
- Start exercising at least 30 minutes a day
- Remember to keep logging everything.
Overall Goals:
- Burn 500 calories a day
- 15 active minutes a day
- Walk a mile a day or half an hour exercise a day.
- 5,000 steps a day.
Current Weight: 234.3
I’m so happy to have lost almost two pounds this week. I know this isn’t really a lot of weight lost. However, I’ve been in a major funk since I’ve returned home. This is the first time I’ve actually lost some weight. It’s a big deal to me. Especially since I still haven’t started a workout routine. I still need to find a way to make that work. I know I’ll make something work. I have complete faith.
