My Weekly Goals:
- Start getting active goals achieved.
- Start exercising at least 30 minutes a day
- Remember to keep logging everything.
Overall Goals:
- Burn 500 calories a day
- 15 active minutes a day
- Walk a mile a day or half an hour exercise a day.
- 5,000 steps a day.
Current Weight: 236.1
I can’t say I’m surprised by my weight gain. I really haven’t done anything at all. I can’t even really tell you much about what I did during the week. It flew by so fast. I’ll try my best to get better at this. My goal is to try to exercise every day. I have some dancing and boxing games on my Switch that I can use. Hoping to start doing that soon.
