My Weekly Goals:
- Start getting active goals achieved.
- Start exercising at least 30 minutes a day
- Remember to keep logging everything.
Overall Goals:
- Burn 500 calories a day
- 15 active minutes a day
- Walk a mile a day or half an hour exercise a day.
- 5,000 steps a day.
Current Weight: 235.7
I’m disappointed by my weight gain, but I really haven’t done much of anything this week. I really need to get back into routine and start working out again. I’m getting there though. So there’s that. Other than being disappointed in myself, I really have nothing else to report.
