My Weekly Goals:
- Start getting active goals achieved.
- Start exercising at least 30 minutes a day
- Remember to keep logging everything.
Overall Goals:
- Burn 500 calories a day
- 15 active minutes a day
- Walk a mile a day or half an hour exercise a day.
- 5,000 steps a day.
Current Weight: 233.2
Being that I haven’t even bothered to do anything I say I was going to do and I wasn’t exactly careful with what I’ve been eating, I find that I did pretty well all things considering. I need to start getting more strict on my workout and eating routines. I have no excuse. I have plenty of resources I can utilize. I plan to start using them.
Note: These are my results from the last blog until this one. Normally, they will only highlight seven days. You can definitely tell when I was at the convention!
